Sizes are advertised as super built-up area — always ask for the RERA carpet area in writing before comparing prices across projects in Mysore.
Why the Final Layouts Aren't Public Yet
Projects at the pre-launch stage usually finalise their approved floor plans only after the building plans are sanctioned and the project is registered with Karnataka RERA. Until then, any floor plan circulating online for Prestige Huyilalu should be treated as an indicative layout rather than the final product.
